The AKC's Management Disciplinary Committee has suspended Carol Ann Schreiber of Bristolville, Pa, based on her having surrendered her dogs ot the Bucks County SPCA, State of Pa., in connection with charges of animal cruelty. The suspension began July 8, 2002, for a period of ten years. Schreiber was also fined $2000 for conduct considered prejudicial to the best interests of purebred dogs in connection with the conviction as indicated.
