Two skinny and dehydrated pitbull puppies that were found running loose in the town of Omro are recovering in the Oshkosh Area Humane Society.

The puppies were in very bad shape when they were dropped off at the shelter Tuesday, and they were rushed to the Lakeside Animal Hospital. The puppies are now in the shelter�s holding area, said Cheryl Rosenthal, communications coordinator.
