Suspect(s) Unknown - We need your help!
The SPCA wants to know who abandoned two pit bull puppies on a Philadelphia street corner. The puppies were put in a duffel bag and left at the intersection of 23rd and West Moreland streets in North Philadelphia.
The puppies were brought in by Philadelphia police officers and are being evaluated by veterinarians to see if they're OK.
The SPCA and the police department are investigating.
