Two dogs stolen, one shot to death

Two pit bulls were apparently stolen from their family's home on December 18. The body of one of the animals was reportedly found along the side of a road 10 days later after being shot multiple times. The other dog is still missing. Police have yet to make any arrests in connection with the killing and have not found the other dog. PETA is offering as much as $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the abduction and the violent crime.
