Herron has been cited for dogfighting multiple times.  His rap sheet carries arrests for possession and trafficing of cocaine, resisting arrest, probation violations, burglary, and weapons possession in addition to 14 counts of animal cruelty, 3 counts of fighting or baiting animals.   Herron's criminal career has spanned at least a decade, with charges from 1992 all the way to 2002.
