Alleged: Jason Scott Smart

29 year old Jason Scott Smart was indicted on Dec 19, 2007 by a Randall County Grand Jury on a charge of Dog Fighting. Smart is accused of causing two dogs to fight on October 11th of this year.

Details are limited in this case, but District Attorney James Farren says Smart was not forcing the dogs to fight for monetary gain...which means, there was no audience watching as the dogs reportedly fought.

We're also told that this is believed to have been an isolated incident.
