Someone has seriously hurt a family's pet cat, which was bleeding from its hindquarters and suffered from a stretched out tail. It was rushed to a vet who confirmed the four-year-old feline had suffered irreparable nerve and muscle damage. He was forced to euthanize the pet, leaving the family in a state of shock and grief.

What happened to it? Evidence suggests someone grabbed it by its tail and had been swinging it around in a circle. Cops believe it happened on Deerbrook Drive on Saturday morning or afternoon.

Investigators know the incident couldn't have been carried out without the cat making a lot of noise - and now they're hoping someone saw or heard something. If you think you can lead them to the cruel coward, call 1-888-579-1520 ext. 2534 or contact Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) .
