Someone shot out windows in his truck last fall.
In the past year, there has been one act of vandalism after another including graffiti.
He believes kids who live outside the subdivision are coming in and causing a few problems.
Last week, Grady found a cat shot to death in his backyard.
"Now they've come on my property and killed an animal in point blank range, which wasn't even my cat," Grady said.
The cat belonged to a neighbor.
"Now it's expanded to him," Grady said. "Where is it going to go next? What's going to happen?"
Concerned neighbors aren't taking any chances.
"I have cameras all installed all around my house," said Edie Russell.
In recent months, residents have formed a neighborhood watch group.
Russell is doing what she can to keep her family and others safe.
"My house is right there. It happened here, there and now right next door," Russell said. "Something has happened to all those houses and they know my cameras are on it."
But, even with cameras watching, families do not feel safe.
"We just want to live in peace," Grady said.
