Germantown, Quailwood Dr., 12000 block, March 30. Animal services officers responded to a report that a cocker spaniel had been left outside in a yard for two days without food, water or shelter. The dog was found in the yard, living in the conditions described, which warranted removing the dog. The cocker spaniel was taken to the Montgomery County Animal Shelter to be adopted.
