Linda Stone faces 12 counts of animal neglect for leaving her dogs inside an abandoned mobile home in Harlem. Animal Control found 12 dogs without water and food inside the trailer on Otis way.

Authorities say the floors were covered in 6 inches of feces, and the temperature inside was 96 degrees.

Animal Control had to euthanize the dogs.

Stone could face up to 12 thousand dollars in fines or 6 months in jail if found guilty.
