Lorrinda Whitney, 38, is facing four counts of cruelty to animals, after Branch County Sheriff�s Office (BCSO) deputies seized eight horses and three colts on June 4, 2007 at her Annin Road farm.

Members of the BCSO Posse came to the farm on the dirt road between Clarendon and Burbank roads in Butler Township and impounded the animals to another farm for care. BCSO Sgt. Mike Gatke said the horses did not have food and the only water was slime green.
