An illegal cockfighting operation was discovered in the basement of a Harlem building last night, cops said.

More than 50 chickens, most of them roosters, were taken out of 312 Manhattan Ave., along with dozens of marijuana plants.

Cops executing a drug warrant stumbled on the birds, then found a pot lab hidden behind a secret wall.

The birds were taken to a nearby animal shelter.
