At about 2:30 p.m. March 22, a man attempted to shoot a man in his front yard in Bolt, but instead killed the man's dog. Police are still looking for suspects in the dog's death, and say the shooter could face felony animal cruelty charges. Anyone with any information about the crime should contact their local police.
