On March 15, 2007, deputies with the Santa Rosa County Sheriffs Office Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 7266 Falcon Park Court, Milton, FL, after noticing a strong chemical odor emitting from the residence.

The residence, which had no power, was emitting such a strong odor of chemicals consistent with a methamphetamine lab that numerous safety measures had to be carried out prior to entry. All of the windows had to be broken out, as well as the fire department being contacted to use a special fan in order to further ventilate the residence. This was done due to the extremely toxic and hazardous nature of clandestine methamphetamine labs.

Once deputies were able to enter the residence, a large dog was located inside the residence. The dog was removed by animal control. Meth labs and the chemicals associated with these labs are extremely harmful to pets that are living in that environment. It is not known what type of long term damage the dog sustained. There was also no food or water at the residence for the dog.

Deputies also located numerous items inside the residence utilized to manufactured methamphetamine. Some of these items include denatured alcohol and other solvents, starting fluid, dry ice, plastic tubing, Lye, homemade devices to produce hydrogen chloride gas, ammonium nitrate, muriatic acid, as well as numerous empty pseudoephedrine boxes and blister packs.

Also located was a to do list with an entry stating pay rent: sell drugs. 162 grams of meth oil were also located.

This trailer is the residence of Lisa Ann-Marie Buchanan. Numerous official documents were located inside the trailer documenting that this is her residence. Buchanan was nowhere to be found at the time of the search warrant.

Due to the circumstances and items found, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Buchanan on the below listed charges. Buchanans whereabouts are not known and the Sheriffs Office is asking for the public's help in locating her.

Anyone with information concerning her location can call the Sheriffs Office at (850) 983-1190 or Crime Stoppers at (850) 437-STOP. Information provided to Crime Stoppers leading to her arrest can result in a cash reward of up to $1,000.00.
