Officials in Chattanooga have condemned a house where animals were found living in disgusting conditions. Witnesses said animal waste could be smelled even from outside the home.

Tenant Paul McIntosh has been evicted and charged with ten counts of animal neglect and cruelty. Landlord Ed Thomas made the gruesome discovery, estimating damage to the home at ten-thousand dollars.

The animals had to be put down.
