St. Petersburg police say one pit bull fatally attacked another one. Now the owner is in trouble.

According to police, James Daniels is charged with two counts of animal cruelty. He was arrested on Jan 30 after police say his malnourished pit bull attacked another one, which died.

Daniels was later released on bail.

Reports say his dog had a leg injury and other conditions that Daniels failed to address.
