Gaffney police have arrested a 32-year-old woman for keeping her dog in a shed with broken glass on the floor, a report at the Gaffney Police Department states. Gaffney Animal Control Officer Dwayne Fowler has charged Regina Lynn Wright of 507 Willow St., Gaffney, with ill treatment to animals. No further information is available at this time.
