Three were charged in November by the Cumberland County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Law Enforcement Division.

John Gonzalez was charged with failing to provide shelter for one dog.

Christina McCarron-Gonzalez, Maurice River Parkway -- failing to provide shelter for three dogs, one cat and one chicken.

Mike Gonzales, Maurice River Parkway -- failing to provide shelter for two dogs, one cat and one chicken.
