Animal control officers in Chattanooga take 12 dogs out of a house. Neighbors called police last Friday, complaining about dogs fighting at 1711 Dayton Boulevard. Animal control officers went to the house and found 12 dogs living in filth, with garbage and feces all over the home. The couple, who lived in the home, Phillip D. Angel and Heather Gooden, each face 12 counts of animal cruelty. They're due in court in late November.
