Police say neighbors reported several dogs that were kept inside a house on the 1100 Block of Howard Blvd E and that hadn't been taken care of for weeks. Officers upon surveying the house described it as "uninhabitable."

5 dogs, 3 cats, and 4 birds were all confiscated. Police mentioned that the animals were all badly undernourished. The homeowner has since been apprehended.
