Police said that they were responding to a 9-1-1 hang up and when an officer went into the home on the 10000 block of Seal Road on the Southsid, he immediately gagged at what he saw before him.

According to the officer, he said that the floor and ceiling were rotting and that the place was covered with animal feces.

Animal control came by and removed 11 dogs, and had to come back again for 2 more birds. The police were unable to locate the home owner.
