The Wisconsin Humane Society is offering a $5,000 reward for information involving a case of animal abuse.

Police said a Milwaukee woman saw a boy beating a kitten with a stick at 22nd and Chambers.

The woman rushed the cat to the Humane Society, where it later died.

The $5,000 reward that is being offered was donated anonymously to the Humane Society.
